The BIM Model generated is used from conceptual planning to fabrication. This includes Construction and maintenance, Design, Detailing and Collaborating with project members and third parties (Architectural, MEP and Plant tools)

BIM Coordination and BIM Integration
At TurnBIM we generate digital models with the latest technology from Tekla Structures to support connected and constructible workflows and to also coordinate on behalf of client to resolve issues related to Architectural / MEP / HVAC/ Plant under BIM Coordination services.
Building Information modeling is all about dealing with one shared and coordinated model consisting of logical sub-models Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Contractor models.
At TurnBIM we adopt OpenBIM formats to Import/ Export/ Link and to coordinate with various Structural Analysis applications, Plant design solutions (PDS, PDMS, SmartPlant 3D) Architectural Solutions, MEP solutions and various other construction related solutions and machineries.
We like to share the model through Trimble Connect which is a collaboration tool that connects the right constructible data and construction ready project information to view, review and reference models and drawings.
Estimation and Material Take Off
At TurnBIM we practise latest and quick modelling techniques to create a 3D model in Tekla Structures. We then generate a quick and accurate structural estimate, the details of which are always model driven. In case of any last-minute changes, all the quantities will be up to date. The model-based estimation service is done in two ways, either for main structural members [ Beam and Column] and for complete structure [Nuts, Welds, Bolts, Embeds and Rebar details]
